Shipping - Digital/Subscription Items

Digital/Subscription Items:

  • We consider digitally delivered goods and our subscription to be information, service or content that you can download from our website or receive by email.
  • Delivery means the digital download of subscribed content to the customers.
  • Online digital delivery of content is through internet, i.e., downloading the subscribed content from our website.
  • At present we have only one mode of delivery for our Digital/Subscription Items - online digital download from the website.

Shipping - Physical Items

Physical Items:

  • We typically ship within 7 days of order being placed and ship out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except on Holidays. We offer several shipping options at reasonable prices.

    All Courier companies provide detailed tracking information and an estimated delivery date. For all inquiries regarding tracking, please contact the shipping company directly or via their official website. we'll provide you with the shippment tracking code of the related shipping company on your admin panel and/or within an email.

    We'll let you know about the shipping company details in an email or via the admin panel notifications on our website.

  • We typically ship international orders within 10-20 days of order being placed. Depending on where you are, Customs Fees may be applicable for your order. These fees are determined by your country's Customs Department which we are unable to predict, shoulder or include in your bill.

    When Customs Fees are applied, they would require payment of that fee in order for your prints to be released to you.

    For inquiries about Customs Fees, please contact your country's Customs Department directly or via their offical website.

  • For us to arrange to deliver any Product that you have purchased, you shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate postal details.
  • Risk of loss and title for the Products shall pass to you upon delivery of your purchased Products by the Logistics Supplier.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in the shipping of your ordered and purchased Product/s, lost or missing Product/s or the incorrect delivery of the Product/s to you, which is due to your fault or due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by you.
  • Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at info@viptutors.in and arrange for the faulty Product to be returned to us.
